Theft and poor service

Used Quick Movers twice over the last month and a half. With the first move they were late by 45 minutes. I had to call their office to ask where the movers were and Craig did not follow up with his driver and team and get back to me. I had to phone their offices 3 times that morning, eventually they arrived being 45 minutes late. Naively we used them again a few weeks later, this time our car key went missing while the movers were in our house. We have since turned the house upside down searching for the key, the key is still missing. We asked Quick Movers to claim for this as its R5000 to replace the key, and the key went missing while their team was in our house, we have received very poor feedback from them. We have also asked for the details of the team that moved us, and have received no feedback from Craig and team. We are going to open a case with the police for theft. Very poor service, if you want to have your stuff go missing, use these guys. We don't recommend them at all and wont use them again.
