Negligent and unprofessional

I had to move on a Sunday but they accepted my booking I guess the staff wasn't too happy about that because it reflected in their work. They threw my furniture whichever way, broke items, shuttered my glass tv stand and refused to pay for any damages citing that it's in their T's and C's. However when I asked about replacement they assured me that they would do it but they **** about that. Now I have to bear the cost of the replacement over the negligence and mishandling of my property by their staff. They were roudy, unprofessional and rude. Be warned. They might be cheap and affordable but they won't handle your property with care and you'll pay more in the end to replace things damaged by them. Advice: Do not use these guys. Worst service ever
