Horrible service

I will never recommend quick movers as a company to move. The first thing is that they had to move me at 8:30, I phoned their offices at 9 and was told that my move is only scheduled for 12. I then informed them that it was 8:30 and also confirmed with Andrew several times that the date and time is in order. The agent then advised me that had made a mistake and that they have scheduled my move for 12. I asked the agent to get Andrew to phone me, which he did not phone me. 12 came and still no truck to move me, when I phoned the driver I was told that he is still busy at another house and there was a double booking. He told me that he will be at my house at 3. Again I asked him to get Andrew to phone me, he never did. At that time the people that are supposed to move into my old house was already there with their stuff. I was furious when the truck only pitched up at my house at 16:30. By that time it was getting dark. All my plans had to be cancelled and I had to cancel appointments to accommodate quick movers and their lack of organisation skills. The employees that had to move us were over tired and you could see that they are not in a state to work as they were working hard.
