Will not refund my deposit

I had a courtesy car from Queens car hire for a month and at the end of the month they collected their car and they were happy the car was in one piece. The problem is refunding my money. They keep giving me excuses apparently the branch in Witbank doesn’t have money they’ll refund from Nelspruit but I mean an electron transaction doesn’t know distance but they make it as if the cash must be picked up from Nelspruit and now we are playing “latest tomorrow “ game. So pathetic and unprofessional
