Good day To whom it may be corncend on the 9 April 2026 I made a reservation for a vehicle with Queens hire and returned the vehicle on the 14 of April 2026 in the condition that I found it. When you reserve a vehicle there are amounts that they hold and if you return the vehicle in the same condition you got it. The moneys that was held will be returned to you. This time my money was Returned less by a Thousand rand and when I asked why I was told by Jamie that I paid a short amount and I then informed Her that the proof of payment will be sent which i did three days later no communication was received from them.
