Your Employee damaged my car

I'm stressing out here, one of your woman workers dragged a hose pipe on top of my car leaving my car with multiple scratches. She had a nerve to tell me that I'm black I'm suppose to understand that people make mistakes, the thing is that was not a mistake its ignorance and Disrespect. Calling your offices was also a challenge being tranfered all over when I didn't evn budget for this kind..I'm so upset about my car and your disrespectful employee moved on with her duties at a sec doing the same to the next Merc Viano parked next to me.People beware of this company's cleaners..
