Threatened by cleaner

Good day, It is with great sadness to write this msg to you.

Yesterday I visited the mall with my son in hopes to buy my son his needs as it is towards the end of the month,first stop as we entered was the toilet,we opted for the family toilet as we were about to enter the young male cleaner who was later identified as Mondli stopped as and said we must let another young boy enter who was behind us,mind you my son is 2 years with no nappy and this boy looked 9 years,I explained to the cleaner that my son has to go he is not wearing a nappy,then he suggest that I must enter the family toilet with this unknown boy who's parent is not present and I said that is unexpectably.

He than said we women talk to much and started insulting me and pointing fingers in my forhead and he continued to insult me and threatened to beat me up, this was Infront of my child and other people.He was shouting at me,I no longer felt safe and my son could no longer use the toilet.I was scared and both me and my son were crying,I went out spoke to a security who did not care who only told me the centre office is closed,he didn't bother to check or escort me as I was no longer feeling safe.

I was shaking and scared as I was working I saw one cleaner who indefied as a team leader since the supervisors was not in,she listed and told security who also did not attend to me but the lady called this Mondli guy who had originally told during the insult that he doing a favor by being there and can lock the toilet anytime. Mondli came i told them they is nothing he can say to me still pointing me Infront of them and left them talking....I am very unhappy I had to request a ride home with theoney am meant to spend on my son lunch because Mondli had said he will beat me up as I was not sure if he was waiting by the taxi rank as he shift has ended by that time.

I would like to alert the mall ,I am a renal kidney fauiler patient ,I can't hold urine but yesterday I had to hence am writing this mid-night and sick,my son is a toddler 2 years I had to beg him to hold it until we get home, mzinyathi area...not only did the mall endanger my safety with my child but also my health.my son has no creche lunch as I had to leave the mall....

I will be expecting feedback from this as I would like this to be escalated further
