Provident fund claim forms not send to NBC for over a month

I am Thabile Vilakazi a former employee of Quatro cleaning services. I need hello Peters assistance as I have been taking back and forth with my provident fund documents which needs to be send to NBC for processing. I have send all my documents to Yvonne Meer on the 9th June 2020 and she confirmed that she gave them to Caroline at Payroll. I have been contacting NBC to check how far is the claim and they confirmed that the documents were not send. I have contacted Yvonne telephonically and via watsapp aswell and I have send Caroline an email on *** informing them that the documents have not been received but they are not assisting me at all.My contact details are as follows: Thabile Vilakazi *** / *** email adress : ***
