Worst Investment I Ever Made

In 2009 I bought 30 points from QVC through the Lumen Ventis agency (I only learned today 02/11/2015). I have used the points once to go on holiday and had a gift certificate for one of my friends issued once. The following constitutes the reason for me not using the points:<br> -The 30 points are just about worthless<br> -There are never any accomodation available during the time period I am interested or space at the resort I am interested in<br> Today I receive the good news that I am in a perpetuity agreement that is water tight and I cannot get out of, with management fees escalating to the point where I believe I have paid more in management fees than for the club units, after 6 years.<br> The reason why I received the news, because the same agency Lumen Ventis would like to offer me a R90k option to get rid of the worthless QVC units and there might be an option for me to get rid of the new scheme which is a timeshare week.<br> To all other consumers:<br> I RECOMMEND STEER CLEAR OF ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH QVC / Lumen Ventis.<br> <br> THE REST WHO ARE ALREADY INVOLVED WITH THIS ABSURDITY WE SHOULD ATTEND THE AGM AND GET INVOLVED IN THE MANAGEMENT OR HAVE THE TRUST DISSOLVED
