What an ABSOLUTE **** !!! "In Perpetuity Clause" NEVER BUY INTO Holiday Points!!

<p>It is with absolute disgust that I put pen to paper. I have been a full paying member of QVC since 2005 even though I continue to have huge challenges in securing decent accomodation throughout this period. Always having to settle for mediocre resorts and locations.</p> <p>Now being unemployed and living on a tight budget I have approached them for me to resign from this scheme only to find out that the "IN PERPERTUITY CLAUSE" actually means that once signed for, I am liable to continue my membership until the end of my lifetime, and at which point I then need to pass this burden onto my children and them in turn to pass it onto their children. ..................HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL!!!! </p> <p>I have now been in touch with the NCC and they have informed me that their original case has been withdrawn due to technicalities during the end of 2015. They promise that going forward they will undertake to establish a Public Inquiry that would look at the whole industry and not individual entities only. The inquiry, as compared to an investigation, would be conducted by a panel of experts that would examine the entire Vacation Ownership Industry, and come up with recommendations. The process would be opened for public participation and institutions for evidence gathering purposes. Upon completion, the said recommendations would inform the direction to be taken in addressing all the issues raised against the industry.</p> <p>Can I please suggest that anyone reading this review to please email your dissatifaction to Mr Siphiwe Dlodlo ********** I also urge everyone to stand together so that we can rid SA of this ************ behavior of the Holiday Vacation Clubs that contunie to FLEASE the unsuspecting public.</p>
