Website not allowing Bookings

Extremely frustrated the website doesn't allow booking.

I let you know on your correspondence email address and you tell me to call your reservations department instead of fixing the problem.

When are you going to fix this, it allows you to click on the booking then accept the cancellation policy, from here it doesn't have a button to process the booking.
