useless company

I wish there was a minus zero for this company Quality Vacation club (they need to rename the company, quality definitely not their priority!! I phoned and could actually make a booking for Club Mykonos, had to pay R1065,00 because i did not not have enough points, strangely enough this this unit normally uses 12 to 14 points, so could not understand why i had to pay. I phoned them on the 20th January 2023 requesting them to listen to the telephone conversation(when you phone in, it says all calls are recorded, i personally dont think so) i had with their call center agent(have absolutely no feedback) I have phoned, emailled, phoned on numerous occasions, NOTHING!!!. I have actually GIVEN my points back to them, would not sell this to my worst enemy, unfortunately it only ends in September 2023 (still liable to pay my fees). No compassion even when you tell them you are a pensioner trying to make ends meet, falls on deaf ears. Please let this be a warning DO NOT MAKE SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
