Unibroker making it impossible to transfer my points
In December I got someone that wanted to take over my points (80), I contacted QVC and was told, the transfer could only be done via Unibroker. This was a big mistake, cause the apathy with which unibroker handles transfers are almost incomprehensible. In the last quater of december we send through all the documentation, and after confirming with Unibroker that the transfer will be done in january and will take 3 weeks (where I am still paying). Beginning of January, I enquired if everything was on tract, and made sure that all parties signed their documents (thats right I made sure, as unibroker just sits back and waits for things to happen, cause "They are to busy to follow up". Middle January I contacted unibroker again to find out if everything is on track. I was assured that everything would be done by end January. End January nothing happened.l Today I phoned again and inquired about the status, only to be told that the new owner needed to paragraph some documents. They "send it out" middle of january. I contacted the new owner, and he informed me that he has signed everything, and the last correspondence was 14 January. So basically nothing has been done, and I am paying the whole time. So. I have cancelled my debit order for February (goes of on the 12th). I will not be paying for this anymore. The company that is suppose to manage the transfer is going out of there way to slow the process down. And if this transaction fails because of unibroker dragging their wheels. You can consider my membership cancelled, and if I get any more correspondence or payment inquiries from you, I'll report this whole mess to national consumer protection.
