Unhappy they won't cancel our levy fees qvc

I email them to cancel my profilio I own them nothing just gave to pay levy fees they told me I can't cancel it must keep paying it. I had to sell it and when Ithy are sold the point they will close our portfolio I paying nearly R1000 a month we are on pension we can't afford it still they told us no u must pay for it it's unfair they only told us if we don't pay we can't use the points and know I see on the new law they can't force a to keep it
