Total lack of customer service

I hav had my point since my 26 year old daughter was a baby. They initial purchase amount has been paid off years ago but I have struggled endlessly to keep up with the monthly payments. When I relocated to Cape Town and was unemployed, I requested that this contract be cancelled, I don't want my points and cannot afford to pay the fees. QVC at that point even attempted to tell me my husband should pay the debt(he was also unemployed for a year and we are married out of community of property so he is not liable) . In the end I was employed and have again attempted to keep up. I am now back in Pretoria and I am unemployed. My husband is ALSO unemployed. I CANNOT pay the fees! I have written to Mr Samuel Mahachi (Credit Officer) on numerous occassion (13 March, 28 March, 25 April and again today 26 May), I have sent him an affidavit confirming that I am unemployed - he refuses to acknowledge or respond to any of my communication. The only communication I receive is threats of legal action and accusation of "With reference to the above matter, we note that you have chosen not to remedy the breach of your
Agreement, due to non-payment, despite various communications from our offices, both
telephonically and in writing" .

I am at my wits end.
