TIMESHARE COMPANIES IN GENERAL

NEVER BY TIMESHARE FROM A TIMESHARE COMPANY!!! YOU CAN TAKE OVER TIMESHARE POINTS FOR FREE from any of their customers of the past 50 years they have been around!!!

These companies all still sells contracts , despite 100s and 1000s of people sitting with timeshare points they can't use or do not manage to resell. They will very kindly supply you with websites where you can advertise your R50 000 worth of points, but they KNOW, people don't even want this contracts or points FOR FREE!!!

And they still sell timeshare packages daily to NEW UNSUSPECTED CUSTOMERS, while they already can't provide the accommodation during school holidays for their existing clients.

In 2009 they sold us, not a married couple, (thus going against THEIR OWN PROTOCOLS and RULES!!), R50 000 worth of timeshare points, as if its fractionalised property and we can sell it at property growth rates one day. Their sales person offered cheaper flights with our package and a "concierge service" for when we need to book accommodation to attend conferences!

None of the above exists!!

It turns out I have to write that R50 000 off, and pay R800 to get the contract off my name, so I can get out of the yearly fees of R10 000 which goes up with 10% each year, and with their perpetuity contracts, your kids will inherit the contract, while levies costs more than paying for the accommodation yourself.!!

PLEASE NEVER BUY TIMESHARE FROM A TIMEHARE COMPANY, rather ask for existing timeshare contracted clients points. Or go to Bid or Buy where clients desperately try to recooperate their yearly levies by selling off their 5 say resort timeshare weeks at R2000 a shot!!</div>
