Shocking Service
I have booked two weeks at Dikololo and my Club QVC did not even have the decency to notify me as a premier member that the heated pool is out of service. When I tried to cancel the week they said I could not cancel the first week as we were booked in ( next time you go to a holiday resort, be warned dont check in until you check if all facilities are working) Dikololo assured me that QVC was notified three weeks before my booking they just did not bother to notify me. When I book a holiday it is my right to have the facilties as the resort in working order because if I had known the facilities did not work I would not book. I also pay an exorbitant monthly management fee to ensure facilities are working. Four days before my second week I contacted QVC to tell them that I will not be booking into the chalet as the heated pool is not working, the call center assured me they would contact me as soon as they have spoken to Dikololo, unbeknown to QVC Dikololo has been in constant contact with me and updating the pool crisis. Today four days after my phone call to QVC is check in and I have not had one return phone call from QVC as promised. I then phoned this morning and they told me I could not cancel the week because today is the check in date. The first weeks excuse was we were already checked in, this week's excuse was it is the day of check in. Not explanation as to why I have not had my phone call returned. Be warned don't join the club!!!!
