Shocking QVC

I have been a member for almost 17 years and bought a week many years ago and fully paid for this !!. All I now do is pay the outrageous monthly management fee. HOWEVER I can never find anywhere to book even a year in advance. So its pointless having this. I contacted them to cancel all this and they tell me I have to pay R20000 cancellation fee or have a 2 year notice period. They confirmed they are fully aware that its impossible to book holidays. They said they can move me to LVC which is cheaper. WHY I have already paid for QVC in full years ago. I have no words !
