with what the Sales agent sell the customers for this company they fail to mention that once you join this service it is a life time relationship. I was sold 10unit shares by this company for travel- needless to say that with 10units you cant even book any of their resorts or you can do anything with it and the call centre doesn't seem to know what they are doing as they cannot assist in any of my queries on their products. I am a VERY unhappy client in an unproductive relationship #haven't paid their monthly instalment of R380 in the past two months. this should be a case that the Public protector has to take note of as we are being ********** by companies like these.
