I was called for a free holiday voucher and told just to \pick it up"as I had won it. When I got there I asked if the voucher could be for Natal and if I could take my adult son and fiancee and was told yes I could. When I got to my car and read the voucher it was for the Eastern Cape and for two adults and two children. I was told to ignore that as when I go onto the website I can book for Natal and arrive with 4 adults. I asked twice \""are you sure\"" and was told \""absolutely\"". I got a follow up call from another representative to get referrals and queried this and was told the consultant had given me wrong information.
