QVC Service / What service???

Membership No:58956 ! Trying to cancel contract since 2018,Stopped payment,Received legal letter,Payment up to date,Trying for last two weeks to confirm a booking for December!QVC can’t/not able/not interested / not capable in communication to me to confirm booking options !!! Availability of bookings is shocking! So i can go on and on and on !!!
