QVC *******

I have purchased 30 QVC points in 2004 which has been paid in full, hence at the time they gave me 20 bonus point at no additional cost and it stipulated expiring date 2009. However these points were never taken away in 2009 and i was told it is still given to me for free. However I have been paying management fees on these point. Management fees are raised yearly without any prior correspondence you just see that the debit amount starts increasing from October for the following years fees. Getting availbility is alway a problem and at the end one just settles for anything to avoide losing your points. Up to date I have never receipt my actual contract and upon request i was told that it has been send to me and that they will look into it. I am still awaiting feedback. Everytime you call in you speak to a differenr person that is giving you a different explaination and answers.<br> Management fees for 2016 has already started going off in October 2015 but one can't make a booking now for 2016. I don't understand this and if you do phone in 2nd Jan than already every there are no availibilities. There must be some consumer protection act!!
