QVC ridiculous virtual queues

The telephone waiting we queues are just ridiculous. It's like waiting in a real queue at s bank or home affairs. Not impressed. And the estimated waiting periods are completely off. I hate Begging to access my holiday. They should offer an online booking service. It's 2018 already.
