QVC Incorrect Travel Directions on Booking sheet.

We booked a few days at Waterberg Game Park Modimella with our QVC/VRS points. The booking confirmation we received had a "Travel Alert" notice not to use the route WAZE was showing us but re-directed us to a gravel road that was so bad it damaged our vehicle. The road was was extremely rough with deep ****as in and we had no choice but to continue for approx 15kms. Our vehicle repair cost about R4000 to repair locally. Waterberg Game Park says they have no idea why we were directed to follow the instructions on the booking sheet. Disgusted and this completely ruined our time away with the stress and cost involved. QVC/VRS should update this information to the correct directions.
