QVC - GO JUMP - YOU CANNOT HOLD US TO A LIFELONG CONTRACT

Hi All, If I look at the purchase agreement it seems clear to me that QVC and their cronies sold us club membership under the false pretense that this is timeshare. Bull!!! It is a membership to a vacation club and nothing more. If we had timeshare in the proper sense we would have had a deed to the share of the property we own and we would have a valuable asset that can be transferred into another person's name. We have none of that - the points / memberships are not worth any paper. But QVC wants to threaten us with judgements and other nonsense. The last hearing from the Consumer Council clearly ordered these points membership clubs to allow all members that want out to be able to do so without penalty. So QVC - go jump!!! I am entitled to cancel a membership and that is exactly what I have done. Besides Lifelong contracts don't even exist under SA law!!!
