qvc contract cancellation

<p>i have been with quality vaction club for many years and have used the point when i could afford to go on holiday . as the years progressed and kids costed more and more i could not afford to pay as kids education has taken up first priorty . last year i could not pay and asked them to cancell my contarct . they said it cannot be done its a life time contact , they sent a lawyers letter demanding payment and i borrowed the money to pay levies of aprox 6500 rands. this year in jan 2017 i wrote a letter and emailed it to qvc telling them i would like to cancell my contract , i did not recvieve a response from them as yet . they only response i got was from the collection agent so requested me to send in my bank statements and also said she will black list me as i refuse to pay. i dont know if she has the right to do so. no one from qvc head office has contacted me as yet . at this point i am concerned as the collection agent has threaten to black list my name and i need to take a loan for my kids education from the bank. i dont know what to do . is there any person that can advcie me in the correct direction as i have seen many qvc memebers with simailr problems that might have recieved a reponse or may have slove such any issue</p>
