Qvc cancellation a nightmare. Plz help me

Good day. I have send Qvc an email stating that I am under debt review and due to this unable to afford my management fees. And would want to exit my contract and don’t mind loosing all my points which is paid up in full. They instead responded that I cannot cancel my contract it’s a lifetime contract. I should rather request a discount of R100.00, R200.00 or R300.00 in my management fees. Or I must sell it. Etc. I just want this contract to be cancelled. You can have your points back.
