Quality Vacation Club ****!!!!!

We bought QVC points in 2009. It was paid in full. We tried many times to cancel, as they keep charging ridiculous management fees monthly, and while there is never accommodation available in the areas and provinces, they claimed to have availability. Their agent also gave false information about how easy it is to just swap for an overseas holiday. That was a blatant lie. We please need advice on how to get out of this ****. Attorney/Ombudsman?
