It is with disgust and disappointment that I sit at this time of the evening to send you a message because you have ZERO respect for a person and their own space they are in, Jeroleen I hope that you are pleased with yourself after the way that you spoke to my partner on the phone today, that you had a client in tears because of your disrespect, that she even had to ask you in front of her staff to please stop with her. How dare you tell her that you will ensure when she is gone that her children will pay for this, who on earth do you think you are. I certainly hope that this conversation was recorded as I believe that this matter is to be taken further, you don't know the dynamics of Wilma's life, nor her children so DONT you threaten her. I will ensure that I seek legal advice as I am not going to allow you to make a person feel guilty for something that her DECEASED husband signed for, how ruthless can a person be, you think in your FORCEFUL THREATS that you will make her sign something that she and myself told you that we are not sure and need to discuss this. You still persist with your RUDE ways.

Understand this, I am a manager of a company that deals with customers on a daily basis and I have never spoken to a customer the way that you speak, Wilma is a SNR Payroll Manager of a massive company, believe me that word of mouth spreads like fire. I am utterly disgusted in your choice of words today to a woman that is a mother and you use her children as a tool, this is UNACCEPTABLE and I will ensure that I send this email as far as I can get it. I certainly hope that no one ever threatens you or your family the way you have threatened my loved one. You had her in such a state that she had to leave work, certainly hope this made your day, because believe me ....God does not sleep and I will ensure that an apology in writing is given.

I request that whomever sees this email that you will please forward it to Management.
