Quality Vacation Club

We have been members since 2001, we can never get a vacation of our choice, yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back, I requested accommodation in Sea Point, Cape Town and was offered a place in Sedgefield, really, this is 4 hours away from Cape Town!!! The resorts listed on their portfolio are not all managed by QVC hence the unavailability of resorts, this I call false advertising. We pay a fortune in annual management fees, for what? The service is non-existent and the list of QVC resorts appears to be getting shorter and shorter. All members should be getting a reduction on annual fees or a get out clause to terminate contracts with them. I would not recommend QVC to anyone, they are only interested in the money and not pleasing their members - I am livid with the limits placed on where and what resorts are available - not worth R500 per annum never mind what they are charging us right now! If I could there would be a minus in front of the star for rating - whoever owns this Organisation, how do you sleep at night? Please remove Quality from your business name it is misleading and totally incorrect, shocking service and a terrible resorts in the most out of the way places!
