POPIA violation and day light ******* with their expensive fees and bad service

Emailed asking about cancellation and their response addressed me as someone else, basically copy and paste. Gmail itself gave me a warning saying it could not confirm it was sent from VRS.co.za.

Then I called to cancel my portfolio as I cannot afford exorbitant annual fees. I haven't even been able to use their points as they never have units available where I want to make reservations. Now I get told I have to pay for another full year's worth of fees before I can cancel.
