Poor service

I have published my feeling ragarding this QVC how they are the most pathetic company I have been retrenched and subsequently gone on pension I wanted assistance in lowering my monthly management fee which is nearly a R1000 a month they offered assistance in a ridiculous way by offering to cancell my portfolio but i have t o pay R10 000. First and then i forfeit my whole portfolio it is like paying somebody to take your assets thst u paid dearly for..this does not make sense at all..they did not have the decency to follow up on this grievance...my next step will be the Ombudsman
