poor delivery
I have been a member for more than 15 years and it is appalling every time you wish to make a booking months in advance they never have availability to many members and to little accommodation

Thank you for your prompt response.
I noted from our system that you were offered availability yesterday by a consultant which you were not interested in and later in the day a consultant assisted you with bookings at Formosa Bay for November 2023.
Please be advised that I saw you requested Club Mykonos Langebaan but the consultant was not able to assist with availability. Club Mykonos is not a resort that is managed by QVC and we are therefore reliant on RCI for stock/availability which RCI, in turn, will obtain when the Owners of the weeks space bank their week/s to RCI.
I have also again checked for availability at Club Mykonos for your requested dates, but regret to advise that there is still no availability.
The Club does strive to assist all our members with their requested dates and resorts but we do wish to bring to your attention that all bookings are subject to availability and the club cannot guarantee availability and will in turn try and assist with alternate dates or resorts.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further information or assistance.
