Points that is paid for they refuse that I can use it

QVC is refusing to book me a holiday on my previous years point as I am in arrear of R100 on this year points but my point will expire by the end of this year . I can pay the R100 but this is a principle for me, the point is been paid that I want to use, why cant I use that is been paid for
