Pathetic call center

WHY O WHY DO I BELONG TO THIS *****. Phoned QVC to make a booking. Was told nothing was available (what's new). A friend of mine phone 4hours later and got space at the same place and time I wanted to book for. How the FUDGE does that work QVC. A manager was suppose to phone me back (the same day I was promised) and I'm still waiting. Every year its a fight to get space and being a \Premier"member means nothing. Was promised the world when you buy \""Quality\"" vacation club but getting a load of horse SH*T.<br> Been with them since 2000 but enough is enough."""
