Not able to make bookings

Ive been with QVC now for 8 years and in this time they can not make me a booking for a December Holiday.<br> Ive been on a waiting list as of Nov 2014 for a holiday in December in peak season and it is now the 7th of December 2015 and nothing has happened yet. When they sell their product they make you false promises that you can easily make a booking, but it is not true! Ive been to the mooikloof office once every second month this year and they told me just to be patient. last year i also came to hello peter and in 3 days a booking was made. their yearly fees went up from under R2000 to almost R10000 in 8 years, witch i have paid in full every year. <div><br></div><div><em>(Report edited by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
