No way to cancel

15 Years ago I paid R39,000 for this membership! I have paid all annual subscriptions until last year when I wanted to cancel my membership - I was told to sell it privately - no buyers were interested and eventually I was told to donate it free but that I I had to pay that membership fee for that year. I did that. Then I received a new membership fee account for the full levy and was eventually handed over to a debt collector. I have been trying to solve this issue now for 10 months without any success. I phoned them this morning - they were very friendly - and said that only in the event that I cannot afford it anymore (which I have to proof to them) they might consider my cancellation. My cancellation documentation was send to Uni-brokers Resale on 2014-06-30.
