No service or return on queries

Want to cancel the contract. Have no use for it. We are under debt review and can not afford it. The sales consultant said the day we took it out it can be cancelled at any time. Funny he actually switched of voice recorder he said that every time. The contract is on my wife's name. We do not even receive any documents regarding points or anything yet they call to claim arrears money. Like i have mentioned we can not afford it and we are under debt review. I would like a copy of the contract as we never received any documents please
