NO SERVICE, NO AVAILABILITY AND NO ACTION FROM QVC

My ex husband and I bought into QVC in 2000. What a waste of money and time. In short ... in 2004 I got divorced. I asked the company to change my surname back to my ****en name, it took them almost 10 years to do. By the time my surname was changed, I had remarried. Same process, asked to change my surname, everytime I submit the necessary documents. Almost 10 years later, it is changed. Then the payment saga started, I asked for my debit order to be changed from one account to another, I am ttold it will be don, but isn't. In the meantime, in trying to sort thi out, I am incurring collection fees, anything from R138 to almost R600. Never written back. I pay the amount in full, to try and bypass all the hassles, and still get charged collection fees. Over the years I have enquired numerous times on how to get rid of this package and am told I can only se it, and that coud take up to 10 years as no one wants to buy (I wonder why). Today, I am finally told by a manager that they have a cancellation policy in place since 2017, something I had never been told about in all the years of asking!!! That is 7 years' worth of management fees that I could have used for actual holidays. Which brings me to the next issue ... whenever you want to book a holiday there is never anything available, According to their collections department/agency, my debit order details are on fie, but has never been loaded, my surname in one division of the company has been changed but not in the other. The collection fees have still not been credited and, according to their own collections department, the amount they now show overdue, is in fact not overdue!!!! I am aso now told that, in order for me to cancell this contract I have to ay a cancelation fees, even though I have had this timeshare for 24 years!!!! Stay far away from QVC!!! Oh by the way, it couod also be VRS, I get communication from both.
