No accommodation during Holidays

For some reason it's always impossible for me to find available accommodation during the December school holiday period, which is the only time during the year I may take leave. The units is costing me a lot of money but eventually just expires. Transferring the units to partners did not help either, had the same problem. Apparently also can't cancel membership, even though it's money down the drain.
