Mismanagement over discount offered by QVC

LQVC006383 refers: QVC sent out an email in September offering members a discount on the management fee if paid prior to 31 December 2023. A confirmation email was sent by them in December reiterating this offer. I happily accepted and paid the full management fee less the discount on 14 December. All staff went off on leave and the office was closed until sometime in Jan 2024. It appears that management and staff did not ensure that discounts were processed at the time of receipt and instead their Debtors book was handed over to debt collectors for collection. My account included, for the discount amount that they offered members very clearly in two separate emails. My credit rating has now been compromised due to *********** and disrespectful management and staff. Someone needs to take responsibility for this huge mismanagement of members accounts. They don't even deserve one star rating!!
