Is VRS/QVS completely confused?
January and February 2015 VRS (QVC) wrongly used outdated credit card information, then logged arrears on our account because the bank didn't accept the outdated information. I gave my updated credit card information to VRS (QVC) already last year in October (2014) as my credit card expiry date was 10/14. The November and December payments went off without a hick-up. When I called QVC (VRS) they refused to talk to me because the account is in my husband's name, and according to them I do not have power of attorney (which in fact, we have already completed and sent everything needed on 15/9/2014 and I have done a lot of bookings after that.) To solve the problem I had to deal with collection agents but refused to pay collection fees. One has to rate VRS (QVC)'s consultants' service : 1=poor. I rate their Member Service's service ***. This is not the first time they have used outdated information and wasted my time.
