<p>In October 2013, I called in to the call centre, to advise that I shall be getting divorced and will no longer be able to afford the membership nor maintenance fee, as my then husband gave me money each month to pay for it, into my account. QVC said we could cancel the membership, but will need to fill in a form with this information and it will then be taken under discussion. Going forward, from January 2014, he no longer paid me for this, thus no payment would be able to go through for this timeshare. We have been trying to sell it for 3 years prior to 2013 unsuccessfully, even dropped the price to R10 per point. We never received a form to cancel the membership either. As per divorce Jan 2014 , the funds will no longer be paid by me. I sent all necessary paperwork through.</p> <p>I no longer get a salary into my bank account, yet you still try to take off money that I dont have! I am disgusted and overwhelmed. I did not sign a contract in blood, yet why do you unfairly penalize a person when I have told you for years now what my problem is??? You are *******ly debiting an account that holds no funds, causing me to have bank charges for a thing that is not mine. PLEASE ASSIST TO CANCEL WITH URGENCY.</p>
