Holiday ****
A warning to people who want to join QVC, I've been a member since 2019 and I have not used my points which I bought nor book a holiday because of none availability. Recently canceled my membership and I was forced to pay management fee for the whole year thereafter they took all my points which I bought for R10000 they say they have expired because of me exiting the club.
No one assist as they will all them me I'm no longer a member please do not join this club it's a ****.

We hereby confirm that we responded to this member and advised that no points were taken from them in error as they signed a new agreement with LPA and agreed to use the 37 points on QVC before December of that year. The member was also assisted with a holiday and was a member with QVC for less than 1 year before canceling and moving to LPA.
