Free family vacation (Quality vacation club)

Hi, Last week Thursday 13/06/2019 I got a call from a lady by name Nkuli Khuzwayo. She said I won I family Vacation for 4 people. When I asked her how I won the vacation she said someone that had you one that used their resort and that person submitted my name. I told her that this was not the first I had received the kind of call and ask her if this was not a **** but she assured me that everything was legit. She further sad that I will be getting a call from her manager whose name is Dailen we the address where I was going to collect the ticket according to her I was supposed to get the call today(Friday). So I just wanted to know if this is true or not because when I asked what company she was calling from she said it was Vacation club and that I can go on the website for more details. What surprises me is that when I call the number that she called me from the is no answer and when I go on the website and inquire I sent from pillar to post.
