Forfeiture of Points Unfairly this time

Be very careful when considering purchasing QVC points as they are happy to change the rules of the game to suit them.<br> In 2014 I had 100 points , used 90 and forfeited 10 as late payment for 2015 levies only paid in Jan 2015. No problem excepted this as has been the case in previous. You cannot carry over points to the following year if the following years levys are paid later than 31 Dec. Agreed.<br> Then in Jan 2015 i was allocated my 100 points again to use for 2015. We tried but could not get a booking so decided no problem we will role them into 2016, but in order not loose them again, made the 2016 levy payment in Dec 2015. Surprise - QVC decided to loose the 2015 points, making me forfeit them. So what are the rules of the game? <br> 1. No points to be carried over if levies paid late - agreed (this has happened more than once but happy for forfeit 10 points in 2014, 6 points in 2013 so no big deal)<br> 2. 100 Points become available once levies paid as in 2015. (paid levy in Jan 2015) - agreed<br> 3. Points can be carried over to 2016 provided you pay 2016 levies in time ie before 31.12.2015 - QVC disagrees. - rules of the game changed to suit QVC<br> <br> Observation - I don't trust QVC
