FEES

The management fees for the year which is paid monthly for membership 49518 has been arrange verbally on numerous times from January 2023 to be deducted month end since I am on pension and don't get salary anymore on the 15 of a month. Yet they contenue for Jan, Feb and March to deduced the fees on the 15 of the month. At last at the end of March after been assestant by verious people at OVC i was finanily to Account manager she send DO document. The document was send back to her, maaking it very clear that DO must go through on the END OF APRIL 2023. No feedback from them saying anything. YET AGAING THEY DEDUCTED ON THE 15 APRIL 2023 AND THEREFORE MY BANK ACCOUNT WENT INTO OVERDRAFT . NOW I HAVE A BAD CREDII SOURING AND I HAVE DO USE HOUSEHOLD MONEY TO CLEAR THE OVERDRAFT AND BANKING FEES. I PHONE AGAIN THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID CAN JUST RESOLVE AFTER 28 DAYS OR I MUST SOLVE THE PROBLEM MYSELF. SO I AM CLAIMING MY HOUSEHOLD MONEY THE AMOUNT OF R19496.00 PLUS THE FEES OF THE BANK OF R69.00. I HEREBY ALSO ASKED THAT THIS PROBLEM BE SOLVED AND NEVER EVER HAPPENS AGAIN.
