Disgusting service and management,

Having been a member of QVC/VRS for over 10 years I am disgusted wih the service and unwilling to help or cooperate, I have been unemployed for the past 3 years, with the Covid pandemic things have become very difficult for everyone, especially for those who are struggling to find work. My yearly fee was due in October, due to circumstances I only managed to pay this at the beginning of January and i have been charged a collection fee of over R 600.00, THIS IS DISGUSTING.
