Disgusted with QVC service

Could i please go with a rating of minus0!!! I had a booking for CLub Mykonos in May this year, which obviously was cancelled due to Covid !9( need to mention this booking was done by me posting my dissatisfaction on hello peter) I've now received an email that I have 15 points which will expire the end of this year so I must book a holiday for late this year or for next year (unfortunately i cannot predict anything in this lockdown)so how do i book? Cannot understand that this company have the audacity to send this kind of email. So i phone to book again for Club Mykonos for later this year, no fully booked , for next year, they must wait for RCI to release these resorts. Asked for a list of resorts that QVC actually own, she send s me resorts available in November 2020 only. Need i say when i booked for May 2020 it was done in 2019, nothing about waiting for RCI to release resorts. I told her i feel like im being bul**** into going to a resort i dont want to go to, she then says i could book the points with DAE, i contacted DAE but it seems like I have to pay an exchange fee. We are pensioners and do not have the extra money. It seems like these people are out to make money at the expense of people who can barely afford it. Disgusted to say the least
