Shocking service. I have tried to cancel this for the last 6 years and they will not allow me until I have paid a ridiculous amount. Why do I have to pay to cancel when I have already paid the initial fee of R12 000. I have never been able to book as nothing is ever available even up to 1 year ahead!!!. This company is *********.
